Bought a car from them on May 13 2022 by May 15, 2022 they had it back in their shop said they was fixing it but they just fix one issue witch never fixed the problem. Now the car is at Car X for the 2nd time they told me it has a lot of inner issues that it has had for a long time said it would have to be sent to the Chevy Dealer to be fixed. They car has been in the shops more then I have had it. Talk to car lot a few days after they said there is nothing they can do I had to go through the warranty company and that was only a few days after they sold me the car.Business response

The customer is outside of the South Beach Motors State required warranty period. We towed the vehicle, at our expense, to a shop that works with the aftermarket warranty company she purchased, and they are in the process of making repairs and working with the warranty company. We have gone above and beyond to assist this customer with her repairs outside of the Dealership warranty.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: they did have it towed to a shop but the warranty only wants to fix a head gasket when it needs a motor and the car was messed up when we bought it. I smelled antifreeze and they hade bring it back to car lot said it was an AC issue but that didn't fix the problem the temperature gauge didn't work and never could tell it was over heating. I have had the car about 2 months and the car was broke down since a week after I got it.
