      Same time in November or December of 2022 I paid $250 deposit for the Auto Detailing the full price was $500 in February 8th 2023 my Truck was hit from behind by two cars going 55MPH on RT 83 so I had to cancel and I asked if I can get my $250 Dollars back and the owner Wife told they would not refund my money and she ask if I could reschedule and I said I would after stop by on December 15th 2023 to schedule a detail the Owner ****** started yelling at me and tell me that hes not rescheduling or refusing my money cause he said I cancelled twice but thats not true he just doesnt want to give me a service that I paid for or a refund cause hes a hateful racist and a bully towards Hispanic and Veterans

      *******, all the information here is false except for the fact that you put down a NON-Refundable $250 deposit on August 7th 2022. Yor rescheduled, cancelled, and no showed five times in two months since the deposit was put down. The week of Christmas 2022 you came in demanding a refund and we offered another appointment. You claimed you would get back to us. One year passed and you came in again this December 2023 demanding a on the spot detail or a refund. You received neither. You were acting aggressively towards my wife which is why I stepped in and escorted you out of the shop. The police were called and they told you to stay away or you will be arrested for trespassing. Here is where it gets interesting, you told us you were working which is why you never made it to any of the appointments. You told the police you were sick, and here on BBB you were in a accident, so which story is the truth? One more fact I am neither a racist or a bully, we deal with customers of all races and we actually have a *********** vet on our team as I type this response. Lastly, our shop policy is pretty simple we take a NON-Refundable 50% deposit for any service we provide. We never had to do that in the past but when customers don't show up for appointments the policy was made and enforced. We have been in business for 18 years and every once in a while we get one of these complaints or reviews. We provide the best service possible and have numerous happy customers. Thank you.
