July 20,2022 $480.00 Cleaning of 2 wool rugs 1-8x10 & 1-5x8 There is a very specific process for cleaning wool rugs. The technician assured me they know how to clean wool rugs. Someone did not take the proper care to clean ours the way it was suppose to be cleaned and Stanley Steemer returned our rugs to us with mold all on the back, backing all green and the edging completely falling off. They took them back and tried again & delivered them on 8-18-2022. You can still see all the black shading on the back and the glue coming through the edges. This company was negligent with our beautiful wool rugs which has been destroyed and is not willing to make this right. I have the receipt for the rugs $1597.88 along with pictures of the mold and backing falling off along with dates and texts messages of trying to nicely resolve this. After my last conversation with them on 8-18-2022 I was told our rugs was sent to a subcontractor to be cleaned which was not disclosed to me at the time I agreed and have a signed contract with ******* Steemer for the cleaning of our rugs. Now no one wants to accept responsibility for these 2 beautiful wool rugs that has be destroyed. My *********** feel Stanley Steemer needs to take responsibility for the negligence that was done to our rugs & compensate us for our rugs because they have to be replaced. Invoice order ##********-65 I will submitting their invoice, receipt for what we purchased the rugs for, along with photos of both times they delivered them to us.Thank you,***********************
