I took my car to this shop to have the crankshaft aligner valve. My car was sitting in front of their building and they didn't help me get the car over there. They didn't repair it correctly. They charged me $294. They didn't finish the crankshaft valve. They told me since I was dissatisfied with the work they did so far, they wouldn't finish the repair. I paid them $125. My car is still not running. I towed it to another shop and I paid $84 for the tow. I took it to another shop to be repaired. They should reimburse me for the tow charges because they promised they would take care of my vehicle.

*** stopped by our shop on a Monday and wanted his check engine light checked out and said that his vehicle was not running correctly.  We informed him that we were very busy and that he earliest appointment we had was Wednesday.  He decided to leave the vehicle with us that day and our service manager gave him a ride home.  We had an appointment cancel on Tuesday afternoon so we took a look at his vehicle Tuesday afternoon and the vehicle was not giving us any driving issues that day so the tech decided to hook a lab scope and monitor the camshaft and crankshaft sensor for fault the next morning (Wednesday).  On Wednesday the day of his originally schedule appointment we were able to verify his issue with his car and found the crankshaft position sensor was failing causing his vehicle to die at times.  We called him with an estimate for repairs and he was given the estimate and the estimated time that his vehicle would be ready which was the following week as the p*** for his vehicle was not a p*** that was not in stock and had to be ordered and would take several days to come in.  *** was upset at the cost of the repairs and the time it was going to take to get the p*** to fix his vehicle.  Told us that we had lied to him about when we would look at it was very rude to our secretary and the service manager and told us that we take advantage of elderly people.  After several phone calls from *** and his rudeness to our staff,  myself and my business p***ner attempted to contact *** and inform him that his type of behave was not tolerable and we would like to no longer provide him with any services.  We attempted to call him twice that day and he would not answer or return our calls. The following day we were contacted by the Bond County States Attorney's Office about the *** and the he was filling a complaint against us.  We explained our side of the issue and **** **** which is the states attorney stated that she has issues with *** regularly.  We told her at we rather not do business with *** and that we would like to be paid for our diagnostic time we had in ***'s vehicles.  She asked if it was drivable and we told her that is would be safer to have it towed.  She from that point contacted *** with the amount of his diagnostic bill.  **** had mentioned that *** calls her regularly complaining about businesses in our area and that we are better off no longer doing work for him.

      ********** ********

I am rejecting this response because:
I want it on the record that I don't go around making trouble at any businesses. I live here and do business in this town, why would I do that?
