The complaint about this company solely against the race of African americans. 5 false aligations was made about me without no investigation with led me to be let go on the spot.I was said that I was hitting on employees with was not true and no proof of this happening which led to the loss of my job. Other alegation that not pertaining to the business but outside of the business had been made me which was not true or that is not of my knowledge.Business response

Capri IGA has a policy of allowing potential employees 2 weeks of training to see if we think they are a good fit for our company. During this time, Mr. ****** failed to comply with company rules and policies that included failure to follow recipes, personal appearance and poor attendance. Those reasons were taken into account when it came to deciding whether he should continue employment with our company. Ultimately, we decided it was best for both parties to move in a different direction
