Terrible company!! May have been a decent company in the past. Order a $100 salifert test kit. They sent one that was extremely old and about to expire and one of the bottles was busted. I called and explained to them. They said I would have to pay for return shipping. So I boxed them back up went down to the post office. It was going to cost another $27 dollars to send them back plus wait another 2 weeks for a refund according to the gentleman I spoke with. So it was not worth paying the extra money to have them shipped and jump through all of the hoops hoping to get my money back so I just tossed the kits in the trash. Save your money and buy from BRS or Amazon. I can only imagine if I spent $500 and needed customer service or a return. You would be totally screwed. Don't say you haven't been warned.

******, It was good talking to you today. I spoke with the customer service representative you interacted with yesterday, and he indicated that he asked you to email us the picture of the test kits so we can quickly verify the issue. It's regrettable that you disposed of all the products and can not send us a requested picture of the test kits you've received to confirm the expiration date listed on the boxes. I've checked with the warehouse and the current batch of the kits has the earliest expiration date of 02/2026 for the Nitrate kit, 04/2026 for the pH kit, 06/2026 for Phosphate and Magnesium, and both KH and Calcium kits have expiration dates of 11/2028. *************************** www.aquacave.comReview from Stephen W

Able in customer service department at ************************** went above and beyond in customer service I was able to get a refund for a piece faulty equipment I received back in April of 2023 I'm completely satisfied with AquaCave.com and want put it out there how I was treated!Review from Mike M

I received my aquarium stand in a timely fashion wrapped and packaged very well building the stand was a breeze really like the functionality of the stand very sturdy stand beautiful and the ordering process was easy I would order from this company againReview from Jose S

Sold me a defective product tried to reach out to them and either have it returned or replaced.They won't call me back or return any emails.I feel ripped of I paid over 220 dollars for something I can not use because it's broken.Will never buy from this company again.Review from Edwardo M
