  I tried to talk with this company I was told about three tons of ladybutton name of ****** was going to get me a call and within an hour this lady is says she so busy and she's supposed to be the manager for this department but she's as rude as the rest of the ladies I will never buy products from this company again they do not stand behind their products they have a contract with Amazon and quite a few other companies and won't allow the customer to return it to the company because they know their product is junk I'm trying to get a full refund and they keep giving me to run around I will not take a gift card I won't a refund sent to me by a check but this company is very rude unprofessional and consumer relations could care less how they treat customers

  Please see accompanying pdf file and images for a full summation of what has occurred to me. My name is ****** and I'm in Frankfort, KY. For many months I have been trying to contact the Goo Gone/Weiman company regarding a serious issues I had with one of their cleaning products. As evidenced in my summary, Goo Gone/Weiman has not responded to my emails and suddenly disconnect my from calls. Any help in this matter would be appreciated as I find it quite disturbing a chemical product company can get away with this kind of treatment.

  Thank you for contacting Goo Gone.

  We are sorry to hear of your experience with the Pro Power Goo Gone product. The formula contains VOC with its product category and is in compliance with all state VOC regulations.  Our Goo Gone formula is an oil-based product and per the label directions will be removed from an approved safe surface by using a mild dish detergent and warm/hot water. Per the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), which we've included for your reference, states the below:

  Skin: In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Call a physician if irritation develops and persists.
  Handling: Keep away from sources of ignition- No smoking. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Do not swallow. Handle and open container with care. When using do not eat, drink, or smoke.
  General Hygiene Advice: Launder contaminated clothing before use. Wash hands before eating, drinking, or smoking.

  Please know that all of our products go through extensive testing before being placed on the market and all of our products are safe for use when used per the label directions.
