I paid $1450 for my fence work with this company. They were slow from the start and they finally sent two guys to do the fence work, However the section fence gate installed was weak with very small locks and a wind could easily push open the gate. The side fence was improperly installed inside out with improper height. The fence inspection was disapproved by the ****** Village inspector. I spoke to ****** at Superior fence after trying to call and email them so many times. She kept giving me arrival date and time for the fence guys to come and fix the fence without confirming . She then told me they will come on NOV 4 OR NOV 12. I waited until the whole weekend last week and they never called or showed up. I called and emailed Superior fence like 50 times and the lady finally emailed me saying they will send the contractors to come here on NOV 19, before 11: 30 am but again, they didn't show up or even called and they wouldn't pick up my calls. They have ruined my weekend two times which I could have spent with my family instead of waiting for them in vain. This company is unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest. I don't trust this company any more for their zero to slow response and endless lies. I will be taking legal steps against this company unless they promptly refund my $1450 that I paid in check and with my credit card.. They have lied to me repeatedly and ruined my weekends.Business response

We helped him get his permit because he didn't know where to begin. Which is something we never do. We felt bad for him so we tried to help him out. Once he received his permit we installed the fence. It was installed according to the permit and how his neighbor's fence was installed. We got him on the schedule right away, within 2 weeks, but he was calling every day wanting to know when he would be on the schedule and we told him Saturday. He still continued to call every day and I explained to him that he was already on the schedule and that he did not need to call anymore. We would tell him the same thing everyday. Then he started yelling at us and threatening us saying he would write bad reviews if we didn't do what he asked. Which he and then he took it down after he knew he was wrong. Our crew showed up the same Saturday. Most customers have to wait between 3 to 4 weeks to get scheduled but he got him done sooner because we did not want to deal with him anymore. He was so rude. Now that the work is done he wants the job for free. That is not right. We did extra work that was not included in the total price. We fixed an extra section of fence for free. He then started bothering the crew about the double gate. The crew let him know that the double gate came with one drop bar to keep the gate closed. ***** did not get the second drop bar because he did not want to pay the extra fee of $125.00 to have that installed. We installed one which is standard for a double gate.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The double gate is weak and the recent wind blew open the gate. They were supposed to have properly replaced in the first place. They communicated poorly, without calling me, and failed to show up on the dates I was given. When they finally showed up, they didn't fix the double gate even though I explained to them that the gate is weak and the recent wind pushed and opened the gate. I want this properly fixed because I already paid them a lot of money.

If you would like to add the additional drop bar to the double gate it will cost $125.00 to have it installed. We can also mail you out one for $90.00 and you can install it yourself. Please let us know. Thank you.
