            I PURCHASED MY "SMART HEART" DIGITAL WEIGHT SCALE THRU MY HUMANA, OVER THE COUNTER PROGRAM ON DECEMBER 23, 2022 FOR APPROXIMATELY $25.00 (WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME BY A HUMANA REPRESENTATIVE) - MODEL #: ****** S/N: **************** LOT #: 5100340422.MY SCALE IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY NOW. WHEN I STEP ON TO ACTIVATE, THEN STEP OFF THE DISPLAY SHOWS 0.0, THEN WHEN I STEP BACK ON FOR THE WEIGHT READING THE DISPLAY GOES DARK, I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES, AND AM USING IT ON HARDWOOD FLOORS OR TILE FLOORS. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR, ***. MY SALE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY ~ WHICH WAS VERIFIED. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAIL THE **** BACK TO THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT FOR INSPECTION, TESTING, ETC. I PACKAGED THE **** IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND TOOK IT TO THE POST OFFICE ~ THE COST TO MAIL IT BACK TO THEM IS $17.68. THIS MEANS THAT I WILL HAVE SPENT APPROXIMATELY $43.00 FOR THIS ITEM. I FEEL THAT IT IS COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE FOR ME TO BE REQUIRED TO SPEND THAT AMOUNT OF POSTAGE FOR AN ITEM STILL UNDER WARRANTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS ISSUE. THE SCALES AVAILABLE FOR 2023 THRU HUMANA IS A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER - (ITS *****) AND THE PURCHASE ***** IS $24.00.             I was in the mist of use there pain Relieving Lidocaine patch to relieve some pain that I was having in my neck and I received first and second degree ***** on my right side of my neck in April 14th is when I use it around 6:30 at night and I woke up the next morning around 5:50 in the morning on April 15th to take it off to get in the shower and when I took it off my skin start peeling and I also had a hold in the middle of my neck.
