I started taking Estradiol tablets 2x a day prescribed by ********************** on Monday 5/1/23. My baseline workup was supposed to be Friday 5/12/23 at 9:00am and I was to be receiving my injectable medications that week.I switched to husbands BCBS insurance in January and provided the new insurance information in the portal on 2/10/23. My Aetna was no longer active.2/19/2023, I got a message from AFC (***** Financial Counselor) detailing my benefits coverage based on my insurance policy. That same day, I wrote back, "Hi *****, Just confirming, this is with the ********** blue shield plan, correct? Thank you! ******". On 2/22/2023 she messaged me, "Yes ******, Thank you, *****".***** and I looked it over in detail and agreed that we could do it in our budget and start right away. Fast forward we began our testing, and we were planning with doctor to where I mention I have began taking the Estrogen tablets preparing to start injections.We got the estimate for the injectables - not covered but we were still thinking we would be okay with our budget if we took out a loan that ***** had provided information for (we checked into Future Families) on May 2nd.I mentioned to ***** that I applied for the loan, and she messaged me back stating my loan amount should be for the cycle plan I am going with, and then asked if I picked one and could she send me the agreement. I had no idea what she was talking about and didn't know I needed to sign an agreement? ***** called me. She informed me that our insurance doesn't cover, and AFC has payment packages.. and our amount would be around $18,000. I didn't understand where that came from, so I asked about the estimate provided in the messages and it hit me to ask if that was for my previous **************** She stated yes and realized I didn't have estimates from BCBS.***** called BCBS and was informed that the insurance wasn't submitted to BCBS until Monday 5/8/23.See attachments. $750 Cycle Coordination Fee. Orientation classes, medication ordering and procurement, pre-cycle set-up, and in-cycle set-up support visits did not occur. All I have received is baseline testing. An ultrasound was supposed to occur between cycle days ****. They scheduled it for day 15. I do not trust these people with caring for my body. I want to my money refunded and they are telling me it is non-refundable even though I have not stated an IVF cycle with them.Initial Complaint

I have a **** from 9/20/2021 from them and I have insurance.. I have contacted them (*******) the ****** over *********************************************************** on the phone 2 times. ******* the **** said it was fixed. I have received another **** for ****** for the same day again. I called today and the **** is working from home with no number to contact her again. This is so stressful on dealing with a **** I don't owe because no one can get the ****** on the phone. I don't owe this money and they wont give me the corp phone number either to get help cleaning up a **** I don't owe .*******************
