On 2/5/23 they charged us cash $60 for nose piercing, no receipt provided. ******* was very unprofessional. ******* my daughter twice, due to his hands were shaking, ***** ask for permission when he failed 1st ************** her 2nd time right away.The nose ring fell off next day as it didnt go all the way to begin with. Gave us 2nd appointment/ 2 weeks later but they didnt have any piercer available that day , no acknowledgments of our time & money.Horrible customer service!! Their piercer has probably fake license. He was working being under the influence.Not recommending anyone to go there .Please investigate their credentials/ license.Also I want my money back .Business response

I tried to resolve this by offering to ****** their daughters nose again by our new piercer they started swearing at our receptionist and stormed out of the tattoo shop we have a no refund policy at our shop we have a sign that hangs on the wall that states that because younger teenagers tend to make accidents with their piercings while they clean their jewelry and piercingsCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is very unprofessional-We are not satisfied!we never swear please check the video footage .We were upset as they did mistake 1st time with double piercing and many hassle described in first complaint. **** us second appointment but denied having any records of our 2nd Appointment that we made, we went for 2nd appointment but they then told us to come back another day . They are very unfriendly, unprofessional, doing bad business!!

My offer is still on the table as far them getting pierced by our other piercer if not I have nothing else to offer we do not give refunds after we completed our service but if they would like to come back and get it redone that is fine I hope they have a blessed day and hopefully if they do come back they will treat my receptionist A little nicer with better language
