I placed an order for (2) girl's dresses through the ******** website on May 29, 2022. ******** and Oshkosh seem to be in a partnership. These dresses were Oshkosh dresses: Tiered Ruffle Dresses size 6-6x and 7; Style #: V 3N635810; each dress cost $18 for a total of $36; the order number was CAR82727066. Following their instructions and using the return label Oshkosh sent me via email, I returned these dresses to Oshkosh, unworn tags still on, with the return slip in the bag to their ************* in *********, **. for a full refund to my Pay Pal account. I sent the package via **** I had a tracking number which I no longer have, as I followed the tracking and it said the package had been "Delivered" on or about June 9, 2022. It seems Oshkosh can't locate my return and are giving me a hard time and refusing to refund my money. I no longer have my tracking number so they say they can't help me. I also no longer have my receipt of sale for these dresses, as i thought I would no longer need this information. I want my $36 refunded to my Pay Pal account ASAP.Business response

We have looked into the customer's order and have verified that the refund of $36.00 was issued to the PayPal account on June 28, 2022.
