There is no handicap access to this facility at all. Anyone who uses a wheelchair can not get up the many steep stone steps especially when it's icy. There are no railings or ramp. There is no way that anyone with difficulties walking can even reach the kennel as well. The doors to the facility are not wide enough to fit a wheelchair. So much disrespect for the disabled!

FAKE REVIEW-Somebody presented wrong info about us and ask people on line to give us a lots of 1 star. They never seen our place and bought a puppy!Google remove most of them and bloc some people

I received a late evening voicemail after leaving this review. **** himself called me threatening to take me to court for a factual review. I'm now being harassed. avoid at all cost. buyers beware, this whole experience it was horrible. I called and asked if she had maltipoo puppies, she said yes, and we set up an appointment so I could see the puppies on Saturday I asked her how much they were and she said $1,600.I asked for pictures and it took two days to get pictures. I read her reviews about being vaccinated. So I myself asked her if she was vaccinated and how does she sanitize The area where she shows puppies and keeps them. She refused to answer those questions when I kept asking because Saturday was fastly approaching. She send me a picture of a room you can tell it's all staged, it's a cover-up for her puppy mill. She keeps those puppies in her kennel in the dark with no light And no heat. So when she has an appointment she brings the puppies to her house to stage that everything is perfect which is not. she never answered me on how she sanitizes the area. She finally sent the pictures of the puppies and I have to tell you they look sickly not very well kept. They were 13 weeks. Since she refused to tell me that she was vaccinated I ended up buying a puppy elsewhere. Her last text when I told her that I had bought a puppy elsewhere. She stated that she had all three vaccines. I don't really care whether someone is vaccinated or not it's their choice. But you shouldn't lie about being vaccinated. She could really get in a lot of trouble if someone reported her that she is vaccinated when she is not. databases don't lie if you are vaccinated in the database it will show how many shots you have received or if none. She also said that dogs can't get Covid when it's proven they can get Covid. I don't trust these people they have money too remodel their home but they don't have money so they could keep those puppies comfortable. money hungry people.

Sorry that not all the people are happy !For COVID we follow the strict C D C rules: only by appointment and only a family at a time.Give to all customer Sanitizer, Shoes coverall and ask for face mask. After every visit we disinfect with hand held nebulizer and the floor with compounds with *******.We personal never get COVID and we do not know as any dog or puppy to have too. I am Moderna vaccinated.Customer have a lot of wrong info about us that present to other people : place is very well lite ( we use ****k bulbs ******* lumens to protect the puppies eye. Building have 2 ******* 45k BTU and temperature is set at min 74 deg. on precision thermostats.We are inspected and meet requirements. We care about our dogs!A lot of other things are not true and presented in reviews only to destroy us. If they do not like the price they try to go back hard on us!
