    So my check engine light came on my car and my car was actually slowly driving on a dashboard. It says engine reduce power so I took my Car X on June 21 of 2024. The ***************** at the front desk actually told me that I have to pay $130 for a diagnosis testing which is fine cause I have my kid in the car is 90. I just need my truck fixed. He quoted me a price which he said in the lobby just brainstorm and 1.5 k price and then get on the computer quarter price he ran up a receipt saying that is $4037 thats if I need a fuel pump saying that I need a high pressure sensor, a rail sensor injectors, all that was unnecessary that he claim he done but yet to this day, I still do not believe that he changed it out and Im like I dont have that type of money he stated h*** be keeping my keys if I dont pay in my car is still not fixed which I didnt think I needed that so you came up. He never showed me the codes. He just verbally told me the codes he never showed me any of the parts that was needed. He just assumed that this was needed and replaced the parts and I had a bill threat not to give me my keys back to my vehicle into the payment was actually made and also told me that I verbally told him to fix my car. NEVER DID I SAY go ahead they do have camera rolling I told him each part you take off my car needs to be shown to me so I can make sure that the parts are bad. He never showed me the parts so therefore my car has been there all weekend and here comes 6/24 contacted them saying my car fixed it was finally ready yet so I got a call right before they was gonna close saying my car is ready soon as I get in my car I drive all five minutes away. Check engine light comes back on. Does the same thing that it was doing 6/21 when I dropped it off Im at Im upset at this point him in the main mechanic was arguing going back-and-forth if they didnt know what was wrong with my car they shouldve never accepted my money yes, I was scam. Im definitely requesting refund

    Be aware of this location 1655 Irving park road Hanover park IL. Specially the manager. He is very irresponsible worst communication and customer services skills. totally unprofessional I purchased life time alignment for my car from carx. I called for appointment on 6th Aug 2024 he said you come today anytime without appointment ,when I reach at their location he said we are very busy u come some other time .I took another day appointment on 14th Aug 2024 at 10 am when I reach there 2nd time he said I have shortage of staff u come after 4 pm .same day when I go there again after 4 pm he said I am unable to fulfill your appointment .I said if u are unable to provide services why u called me after 4 pm again .then he said ok wait 25 mints we will see you car. I waited almost forty minutes inside the waiting area after that he came inside and finally told me we are unable to give you services today. on hearing this I asked him this is unprofessional attitude and customer services if you are not fulfilling my appointment why called me 2nd time same day. He start misbehaving and said you are not the center of world for me its not my problem to give you services Bec I have shortage of staff. his body language was very harsh. then I told him its fine I am not coming to your location in future and will give reviews about u and exit the shop when I sit in my car leaving the lot he rushed toward me aggressively again and start misbehaving again. I told him I am not going to arguing with u and left the parking lot. This was totally unprofessional attitude I have ever seen in my life .Manager is totally unprofessional ,rude worst with and have no moral values .
