We signed a contract with this company on June 27, 2023. In the contract they outlined the work to include repair the patio, replace the edging, clean, sand and seal the patio. They started work on the weekend of July 2. On July 10, they came over for final payment and I told them our concerns with uneven sand lines. They agreed to fix the problem and we gave them a partial payment. On July 19, they finished the job and we gave them final payment. On July 28, we notified them that the sand was washing away. On August 4th they came back and added sand, but they had not sealed the patio a second time. On August 11th, we were not satisfied with the look and we asked them to drop off the sand so we could prepare the patio for sealing. On August 23rd, they came to seal the patio. Our issue is they only partially sealed a portion of the patio and there are sealer spills and roller lines through out the area that they sealed. We notified them of our concerns on August 23 and initially they agreed to come look at the patio. Since that time we have been texting them and leaving voice messages asking them when they would come out and they have not responded.
