Furnace and Air Conditioner was installed on 01/08/2015 and I have 10 years warranty for Parts and Labor.The Air conditioner is not working and I called the comapany and they refused to fix.The Proposal uploaded.Here I would like to say that the company did fraud with me. The proposal was for ****** BTU Furnace but they insatlled ****** BTU Furnace and also they did not install 24x10 Return Drop and took full payment (Invoice uploaded).They refunded $350.00 after four and half years from installation date on 06/21/2019 and delivered Return Drop upon telling them that I will write to BBB and social media.Business response

Asm Huq is incorrect to the dispute of which Humble Heating & A/C *** resolved by giving Huq 2 Furnace ******** and 1 A/C Tune Up at No Charge including the $ 350 for Different size Furnace ****** Btu vs ****** BTU furnace and Huq agreed to sign a Release Waiver so Humble would no longer Honor his Install or Service Warranties as Huq was using his own HVAC company after June of 2019. Our Lawyer told Humble we are no longer liable to service or repair his equipment after the waiver was signed. I haved attached all documents for this Customer Asm Huq.
********************** is prepared to *** this Ex-Customer for Slander and Liable as he is trying to hold Humble accountable for a Warranty he does not have per Waiver agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:It was expected that company initially did fraud taking full payment that they will do fraud again when they get me signed the waiver which should have only I can not submit review to social media and similar sites. Who will pay $6,900.00 and waive the warrantyBefore installation they should have submitted revised Proposal and get my approval. Instead they took full payment and did not install as per proposal.

This customer will never agree with the satisfaction of our installation which was done correctly in late 2014 and early 2015. I have attached the release waiver Asm Huq signed and dated in June of 2019. *********** have informed us No further action for Asm Huq is required. I have also sent both Proposal's Asm Huq has signed for the ****** Btu furnace that was not installed and the ****** BTU Furnace that was installed. He also agreed not to slander my company on social media as noted in the waiver. He has another company servicing both Heating & A/C since 2017. Now 5 years later his A/C does not work and his service company can and will repair it for him. His process to threaten us using the BBB will not hold up in a court of law per our attorney direction. Please resolve with all attachments I have provided which will clear us of his said allegations

I am rejecting this response because:The comapany loaded the document signed by me has a mmention of refund of $350.00 and delivery of Return Unit. They made this refund after 4 and half years. If the the company is honest they would have refunded the money after taking full payment. If I would keep silent, they would never refund the money. So it is proved that they are a dishonest comapny.They were supposed to get me signed only for submitting complaint to social media but they got me signed waiver of installation and labor warranty. They are taking that advantage. I did not read when I signed the document because I thought they will only write not to complaint to social media.Regarding getting maintenance by another comapny, no where in the proposal it is said that I can not get maintenance by another company.When I called the company they said they are no more dealer of Lennox but they are advertising that they are offerring Lennox equipment $500.00 off. The advertisement was printed in May isuue of Coupon Clipper (copy attached). That means they are lying to the customer.
