I purchased a baking machine from this for $6,208.41 CAD from this business on November 9 2023. The machine did not work for my products so I asked about returning it and getting a refund. They said if I shipped it back to them I would get a refund. I shipped it back to them on May 14 and now they're saying that the machine was not in good condition and they can't sell it as new so they can only refund me $2700 USD. I said ok I'll take it even though that's not what they said before and *** packaged it and shipped it out for me so I know nothing was damaged. I agreed to the $2700 and sent all of my bank information for the wire transfer and they still didn't send me the refund. Now they're not responding to my emails or calls. This is ridiculous taking advantage of people trying to make a living out here.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Kook-e-King ******* from Practical Baker end of March. It came with one key part missing which was discovered at first time using the ******* on 4/5 and was not producing the consistent results that were promised. I called on 4/6 without answer. After returning to baking from a 2 week vacation on 4/25 (we are a small business that closes operations for spring break), I found a makeshift solution for the missing piece, allowing me to properly operate the hand crank. But resulting baked goods continue to be inconsistent in size which does not work for our precise requirements. I reached out via phone again on 4/26 to inquire about this and find a solution that would work for both parties. I was pushed off until the next day and promised a return call. I have since not heard back despite multiple calls, emails, and attempts to contact them. The company support email listed on their website bounces back. Their contact form online is broken and cannot be submitted. There is no policy listed online outlining returns, refunds, or replacement. I would like the business to contact me and at least come to the table in finding a solution.
