Went to C.Jrs auto sales he gave us a truck. The truck had problems not even a day later we took the truck back and he would not fix it. We asked if we could trade it out and he kept telling us the only other vehicle he would give us was one that looked like someone had hot wired it and took off door panels. I then said we had this truck not even a day and would like the money back that I had paid for it I am willing to give truck back for money back because I have put a whole bunch of new parts into to make it safe for my kids. A cop is now involving himself because the title was done illegally. And not properly signed by C.jrs auto sales. Now we have been getting harrased by the cops and the chief of police in ******.Initial Complaint

I was looking for a good vehicle for my kids and I. C.J.R's *** told me about the 2009 F-150 that had no problems. He had me put $**** down and wants me to pay a $100 a week. We also found out that the paper work is done illegal. As soon as I brought the truck out of the lot it has power steering problems, break fluid leaking every where. I almost got into an accident with my kids in the car because the breaks locked up. I went back and told the dealer ship what happened he then proceeded to try and give me a vehicle that had ignition problems like someone tried to hot wire the ignition. He proceeded to tell me he was not going to give me my money back and that I was lying about the problems and told me to go ahead and take him to court. I also got stopped by a cop and they thought I had stollen the vehicle. With this being said I would like my $**** back. We did find a better vehicle and told him we could pay more but he said we would need more down because that ****.was not for any other vehicle. He was very rude and was giving us a complete attitude. With this I would like my **** back and I can't even register it in my name and he also is trying to make me pay a lien on the truck that I didn't even have it was from previous owners.Initial Complaint

Seller falsified documents with incorrect price and seller. Seller sold a car that after 24 hours cant even be driven. Claimed the car had no mechanical issues but within 24 hrs of purchase needs $5400 in repairs in order to drive car. Wont respond to calls after first initial call.
