I ordered a cake and this woman changed the time and date for her convenience. When I stated that I wanted a refund she gave me only half. I gave her a tip and everything.Business response

The client stated two dates for pick up when deciding the pick up date. This involved vonfusion. On the first date of pick up, I recieved a call and we both realized there was a mix up. Her event wasnt until 4 days later so, so we decided on a different date together. We decided on the date before her event date that also included delivery. Later on, She asked for a refund after the ingredients and most of the cake was already made. My policy when you order and purchase items with me is that deposit are half down and are non-refundable. She signed this agreement with her own signature. This states that she understands this. Also, with the date mix up, when she paid for the cake, on her invoice, she should have said something about the date mishap if she read her invoice. I did not see her tip in my system but I would have given her that back as well had I known. As far as the refund, that is a policy that she signed up for. Attached is her signature confirming that she reas and understood the terms and conditions, as well as our written terms and conditions and her stating the event date.
