I placed an order on 02/17/2024 for three products totaling $83.90 and did not receive them. I called the number available and the customer service line (option 5) is not in service. On 03/06/2024 I reached-out via email to ask to a refund if my order could not be fulfilled. On 03/19/2024 I selected '0' and was given a answering machine where I left a message. None of my attempts to contact Advanage have received a response. On 03/19/2024 I was sent an email from Advanage asking me to review the products. I have never received the products I paid for. My order is still listed as "pending" on their site even though I was charged for the products and the transaction went through the day I purchased them.Business response

Unfortunely, your order was overlooked pending shipping, I personally apologize for our lack of communication. Advanage Diversified Products vaule our customers and hope this experience does not affect your continue use of our Advanage Wonder Cleaner. date of sale 3/1/24, Invoice ******, Salesman- ********************* How can a salesman charge more than the receipt they provided? The receipt I was left shows 4 bottles is $139.95. I was charged $172.00, besides the fact that the product that was left is not the product he used.Business response

At the end of May of this year, my special needs sister came to visit. At this time there were some traveling salesman in this town, unknown to me. The guy conned my special-needs sister into spending money She does not have for a cleaning product she did not need (***** per bottle). I immediately contacted the company on the back of the unwritten receipt paper that they provided us, and was assured by the company that they would refund my sisters money and send me the information on how to return the product to them. I was told to send something in writing and I didI was informed by the company that they would provide us with a refund. I have not heard anything from them in over two months, I have left multiple messages with their company phone number and tried to reach out multiple ways. .now I am reaching out to bbb for a real resolution. I want the $120 returned to my sister and that is all and then they can have their crappy product back, Unused. I included a picture of the salesman that was in town that day. However, since they did not provide a filled out receipt, I do not have any of the other information.Business response

I apologize on behalf of an unknown salesperson. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between the two parties. The requested refund has been approved without any document to support request. Check will be in the mail.
