I am being harassed and threatened for a bill an already paid for to be sent to collections when I already paid it and have proof of payment. I tried contacting the billing department several times and they keep giving me the run around and being non responsive. They took my money and saying I need to pay a bill I already paid four months ago. Either they need to refund my money or adjust the bill. They also spelt my sons name wrong who was a patient there on the bill. Guarrantors number is ********.Initial Complaint

Hospital lobby and restroom were unclean and very unsanitary. Urinal containers were visible inside trash. Admittance worker was very unprofessional, rude, and seemed inexperienced. Nurse overheard speaking to a patient very loudly about private patient information. Doctor never introduced herself upon entering room.Initial Complaint

Arrived at ER for treatment. I have a diagnosis of Epilepsy Disorder. I have a VNS implant that has dropped and is blocking my digestion and colon. I complained of abdominal pain,constipation and swelling in the abdominal area. I was registered,triaged and gave a urine sample. I sat in the waiting area from 1:37pm to 8:15 pm, and was never called. They called everyone in the waitng room that arrived before me, during the time I arrived and after I arrived. I left due to the pain and intense thirst and hunger that I experienced.Initial Complaint

*********************** ***** 08/14/1966 On Sept 2 2022 I had heart failure cardiomyopathy. Endocarditis. Leaky heart valve all at the same time I'm a miracle . I take three high blood pressure pills plus water pills plus I got incontinence . I told the lady at er this and that's why I should be admitted Althought I stopped the lasix and only taking one heart pill. If my postassium at 2.9 something now. As soon as I keep peeping I peak over 60 times a day. I have a over active bladder so me trying to not be admitted the second time knowing how much I use the washroom which means making my potassium even lower is ridiculous. Although I got potassium pills at home that take time to build up Sept 3 ***************************************************** back alive so Sept 3 every year is my second birthday It's dejavu again For many years after that I kept getting admitted asap for low poo or electrolytes so I know having a 2.0 or 2.5 is deadly Ingalls in ******* the white nurse and Chinese nurse is telling a straight up lie Nurse is a lie I waited patiently for many hours patiently all I kept asking them did I have a bed ready for me they kept saying I dint need to be hospitalized and the Dr from ingalls in *********** all he had to do was given me IV in the arm or potassium instead of having me run around to emergency rooms and I don't need to be admitted I was willing to stay this time. I have grand kids at home I needed to get away The first time I left ingalls at Tinley hospital to get some one to keep the kids while I get hospitalized. Once I got that worked out I went to ingalls in ****** ** to get admitted because I kept asking them did they call for me a bed they said all my blood work came normal and they disharged me the lady said it will be hours before she can give me the discharge papers and that she will mail them. The staff was very rude to many people and very unprofessional they was joking and talking while many ppl said they waBusiness response

i been trying to reach their billing department it keeps going to voicemail and when they call the phone goes in and out . Like thats so unprofessional nobody wants their **** to go to collections and theirs nobody to even help you.Business response

For over a year Ive been trying to get collection items rectified with Ingalls Memorial Hospital now UC Medical. I have ***************** and ******************* and the hospital keeps sending bills to RMP or Vision collection agency. Now Ingalls have changed over billing systems no one answers the phone and when leaving a message no one calls back. In Jan of this year was the only time I was able to see some progress and now the bills are coming back in collections. There is no one to talk to now and when you call UC Medical Billing they direct me to Ingalls Billing whom dont answer. I dont want my credit ruined because of their inability to **** the insurance and then collect my copayment. I need resolution soon. Im not the only person complaining either. They need to call RMP and Vision to tell them I dont owe these bills:Business response
