I purchased a used vehicle from the above listed seller. The owner deceptively sold me a salvaged vehicle that has a current value of $300. I wasnt made aware that this was a previously salvaged vehicle though the owner states it was typed in fine print on invoice. Hes aware that I was only confirming my personal information and was told to sign. After I signed all detailed paperwork to complete transaction, the owner personally wrote rebuilt vehicle on paperwork. I would have never purchased this vehicle under these terms. I just want my money and he can have his salvaged vehicle!I traded a vehicle which he gave me a credit of $3700 and paid the balance of $9857 totally $13,557.00Business response

To whom it may concern,
I have recently been made aware of the complaint that was placed against my business, Rite Price Auto Sales **** by a *******************************. **************** purchased a Rebuilt Vehicle from my business on April 26th, 2023. The vehicle in question is a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro (VIN#*****************). He has made false claims stating he was not made aware of the vehicles Rebuilt Vehicle status upon sale of said vehicle. Below I have attached all documents and postings in a PDF that clearly stated the vehicles status PRIOR to purchase. I will thoroughly explain each document.
On page 1 of 5, the Bill of Sale:
On the top left of this Bill of Sale, it clearly states the status of the vehicle as a Rebuilt Title under Vehicle Information. This was printed out and shown to the customer before the transaction was finalized and before he signed said document. I further rewrote in my own handwriting Rebuilt Title in the middle of the page for the customer to see. I circled both areas on the page for clarification. Customer signed this document in multiple places as seen.
On page 2 of 5, the ******** Secretary of State Application for Vehicle Transaction:
In the middle of this page, there is an option for Rebuilt which was checked. This too was also made very visible and explained to the customer before the transaction was finalized. Customer signed this document on the bottom.
On page 3 of 5, ******** Marketplace For Sale Ad for said vehicle:
On this page, it shows the original listing for the car which was placed on the business ******** page. Here it also shows once again where the cars Rebuilt Status was clearly advertised for the same vehicle. I have highlighted said area and **** an arrow next to it for your clarification.
On pages 4 and 5 of 5, Buyers Guide:
On these last two pages, I handwrote Rebuilt Title for the customer. Customer signed both documents.
In conclusion, these documents show that the vehicles Rebuilt status was made extremely visible and available to the customer from the very beginning of the transaction. I have nothing to gain from falsifying information, and I will not have my business name tarnished due to a customers personal agenda.
Thank you,
