I was scammed by megasales.com I order a hisense tv on dec 26th never got it was told by email that they would refund 50% and resend an upgraded hisense tv i was ********* shipped out on saturday n will definetly recive itt this time on monday feb 5th n its now saturday feb 10th n of course no tv or any reponse or reply to emails etc so frustrating they keep jerking me around a fraud and scam. included one of many emails reassuring me of deliver y of tv tomorrow is superbowl *********** screwedInitial Complaint

I have been scammed by this business entity.Best Mega Sales AKA Best Mega SaversTheir address is *************************************************************************** ***************************** I have all of the necessary documentation to prove they are guilty of fraudulent practices.I have a copy of my purchase order dated Nov 9th 2023. I have my payment receipts through PayPal and Discover Card.I have their order confirmation. I have their acknowledgment and advisement that the product had shipped November 15th with a delivery date of November 27th 2023.When my product was not received upon their many fabricated delivery dates, I checked each time only to be told be patient you will receive the product by another fabricated date.I was not given the name of the shipping company or a tracking number.Each time I enquired they told me I would receive my product plus a partial percentage refund up as far as to a full 100% refund plus they would still honor the order with delivery of my purchased goods.I have all of this information which can be verified in an email conversation thread from them.Finally, I was advised I would have the 100% purchase price refunded to my account in **** days. That time has now passed without my refund being posted to either my PayPal or Discover Card account or further communication from them at all.My account on their Best Mega Sales website displays my purchase as being refunded yet I have not received the funds in my account. My order for a TCL 58 inch class 4-series 4K, UHD HDR, smart ******* 58S455 was placed on 15 November 2023 at 7:02 AM. The price was $219.99. When I place the order it was declined several times as I retried., ********** to be exact. I then tried another credit card which worked. I have been refunded for the first five charges, but not for the last one. I was told I would receive the ** within 912 working days. It has not yet arrived and all effort to contact the company has failed. I am requesting your help to get my ** call and if not possible, my refund.
