      The platform informed that for newbies, the first payment is trapped/blocked for 30 days. In other words, the entire month of March. After 30 days you could request the transfer and only after requesting the transfer would the platform make the payment within 10 business days. In other words, it was only at the beginning of April that all the work carried out from January to March would be paid for, of all the projects sold, which were many and there are still some in progress, but I will not carry it out, because I can no longer keep working ***** and starving. 10 business days have passed and payment has not been made. It's been 2 months and they haven't made the payment.I complained several times and they said they can't do anything about it, they also said they don't have a specific date or forecast for paying the late payments. And also, when making several complaints they threaten to suspend or cancel the creative/professional's account. Acting with tyranny, oppression, abuse of power and others. As if it were not the right of the professional, the consumer, or the worker to complain about a problem that the CrowdSpring platform itself is causing, and that it is wrong and needs to be corrected. And not just for me, but a solution for all workers who are suffering from this.I checked online and found out they've been doing this for years! Who have already left designers/professionals/creatives 10 months without being paid, who only paid almost 1 year later. In addition to several other problems.       Hello! I hope my problem can be addressed. Please help the ******************* as this CrowdSpring platform, doesn't pay the designers in time. The payments last months and months and we are never sure if we'll get the money after all. You can check trustpilot website, ************************************************************ and see how many bad reviews they have from us, the designers. This situation is for a few years at least, am relatively new there since I'm not motivated to work there in these situation. If you could so something, it would be great. For any further notices I prefer to be contacted over the email. Thank you so much!

      I cancelled the order with this company but have still I have received no refund after waiting 3 weeks. I have sent multiple emails to the company, but no one has responded back regarding the billing. It seems like this company is running a scam when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

      On December 3, 2022, I paid Crrowdspring $299.00 for a t-shirt design that they advertised and promised to provide dozens of unique designs within 7 days and which they further promised a 100% refund if not fully satisfied with the designs. On December 6 and 7, after having received only one design some 4 days later, I contacted Crowdspring regarding my disappointment with the design and the fact that my 7 days was almost up and still had only 1 design that was not at all consistent with what I requested and very amateurish.On December 8 and 9, I requested a full refund multiple times. On December 9 I received an email response from ****** confirming receipt of my written requests for a refund and stating I will forward your request to our refund team. Refunds take around 3 weeks to complete.On January 4, 2023, I notified Crowdspring that I still have not received the refund and to this date, no one from Crowdspring has responded to my January 4 email and I still have not received a full refund.

      I spent $299 on 3/15 with Crowspring. The nature of the business is to have a group of graphic designers respond to a description of your company and create a logo. If no logo is selected, a refund will then be issued (they provide a satisfaction guarentee). I was not happy with any of the entries and contacted customer service to let them know on March 25th to issue a refund.I was told the refund would be processed in three weeks - that was seven weeks ago. All of my additional follow up has gone ignored. I'm seaking a refund of my $299 as this came with a guarentee of satisfaction and I did not select a design. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.       CrowdSpring offers a 100% guaranteed refund for customers that are not satisfied with the draft designs they receive. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the designs for my competition, even after extending it and providing lots of feedback. CrowdSpring agreed to a refund on June 9 by email and said it could take up to three weeks. I never received the refund and they ignored several emails and a phone call from me to inquire about it. I finally reached a support person by chat on Aug 3 and was told that they will not discuss refunds by chat or by phone. They sent an email the next day saying that they are checking with their refund department again and I have not heard anything further, despite being told that I would get a response within 3 working days. It is also suspicious that ***************************************************************************************************************** (despite agreeing to a refund and then ignoring my emails).

      Hello, in this report I want to complain about the payment that was delayed more than 3 months. My payment is scheduled for May 14th, 2021, and not be processed until i write this.I try emailed the staff many times, and all their reply is threatening to suspend my account if I write to them.I don't know what to do now, I already do some research about this issue, and many designers facing the same problems as me. But on another site like https://www.trustpilot.com/review/crowdspring.com. crowdspring have a great rating from client, not designers, This is the 3rd time they delay my payment.
