I have contacted Porsche Exchange multiple times about my order that "Returned To Sender" by ***** I've been contacting them for multiple times and they haven't responded at all. The first few days they responded promptly.Initial Complaint

Sept 1 **** I purchase a car and arrived with pre approved loan. The Finance staff ***** lied to me asking Me to access credit to complete. He lied and re ran my credit 3 times trying to get commission in a loan without asking, he said it was needed to process the pre approval I came in with. The credit report shows he pulled My credit 3 times. When I asked brought this to the owner he said they Lawered up and said good luck.Initial Complaint

I bought a certified 2019 Cayenne (which had 28K when I bought it) from Porsche Exchange of ************* on Sept 01, 2022, I asked the sales rep ********************* if the 30K service is done on this vehicle as part of the certification and he ensured me that the 30K was performed, I asked him this question couple of times via text messages (I have saved his texts, and by phone and in person) in all he gave the same answer yes sir, the 30K service was done as part of the certification. Then last week after owning the car less than a month and drove it less than 1K miles I started to get a change oil required notification, so I called the sales rep ********************* who stated he will talk to his manager and get back to me the next day, he didn't get back to me, I called the general manager and left him a voicemail and sent him an email, and again I got no reply As per their service department, the last time this car was serviced was June 2021 which was the 20K service. As per Carfax report, the previous owner has done the 20K service on this vehicle on June 2021, then sold you this car on May of this year (2022). So my question, what service has this dealership done on this car before certifying it and selling it to me? It seems nothing, not even a simple oil change. And definitely the sales rep has misrepresented the vehicle to me
