      I am rejecting this response because: They couldnt provide any evidence I signed with them for any credit or loan. Never heard them or talk to them. Remove the fraudulent accounts reported to my credit history.

      my identity was stolen . I did not sign any documents  on the loan . You are referring to a fraudulent loan opened under my name . I have provided a police report a id theft report and a ftc report. This debt is not mine. You are violating the law by reporting this. I never signed a contract with you ever.       ***** - TBF again offers you the ability to contact them directly at ************ to resolve this matter.  You sent a handwritten letter received January 24, 2023, stating in part 'I am willing to make payments to alleviate the debt, if your willing to adjust your report to the credit bureaus. Otherwise, there will be no benefit to me to pay it as it's a charge off collection on my account already. Paying collections does nothing to help my score. Let me know by mail of your decision. I would like you to adjust the report to current and change it's collection status, in return I can make payments of $450.00 a month to alleviate the debtor and lump sums as I become able.'  The only allegations of fraud were to the credit bureaus in an effort to have the mark ************** TBF has validated this account and welcomes resolution.

      On 11/30/2023 I submitted an Identity Theft complaint to the **** about a collection account from ******************************************** ***************. Original Creditor) concerning me and my company Creative Music Mgt. The fraudulent account was blocked from my personal credit report on 12/04/2023. I recently pulled my credit report and saw that this deleted FRAUDALENT COLLECTION Acct from ******************** LLC had been reinserted back onto my credit report. As I reported earlier THIS IS IDENTITY THEFT! I am attaching 3 legal documents that confirms the Identity Theft. 1. A copy of the complete Los ******************** Investigative Report. 2. A copy of the *** Identity Theft Report 3. A copy of the Sworn Affidavit, signed under the THREAT of PERJURY, notarized and filed with the Superior Court of ********** County of Los Angeles. This account should not be on my credit report. This is a violation of 15 U.S. Code ****i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy and certification accuracy of information.I have spoken with TBF Financial (*******************) and Financial *************** (original creditor) concerning this matter and they are refusing to acknowledge these documents, legally proving my that my identity was stolen and used to obtain said services that they are trying to collect on. Instead, they are trying to bully me into paying for an account that I have proven I never opened or authorized anyone in my company to open. TBF Financial have reported via AUD to the 3 ************************** Transunion, Equifax and Experian that this information is accurate and they wanted to place it back on my credit report knowing that it is documented Identity Theft in order to continue their bullying and harassment tactics to me and my family. This fraudulent active account and the reckless unscrupulous behavior by TBF Financial is damaging by good credit that I have worked tirelessly over 40 years to maintain. It needs to stop immediately.
