      On March 31, 2023, I signed and returned the proposal (for material, tax and labor) to Fencemaster in *********, ** for a fence repair, along with half ($850.00) of the estimate ($1700.00). They have never called to schedule a time to perform the said service. I have called their phone number numerous times with no answer. A message cannot be left due to mailbox being full. I sent an email asking if they plan on repairing my fence. No reply.

      I first contacted Fence Master on December 21, 2022 via email to see if they could install fencing at my home. I received an email from the company (***********************************) on January 9 to set up an appointment to measure for fencing on January 11, 2023. Measurements were taken and I received a contract and returned it on January 20. The contract called for providing and installing 105 feet of 4 foot tall galvanized chain link fencing to include (one) 5 foot walk gate and commercial wire for a total of $3600. $1800 due with contract signing and $1800 upon completion. Company came to install fencing approximately a week later. The mayor of ****, ** came to my house and told the company to leave because I did not fill out a permit for fence, and only a 3 foot fence could be installed. At the point the mayor was at the house, the company had installed the two end posts for the fencing. No, I had not filled out a permit as I incorrectly assumed that it since it was my house and property that I would be able to have fencing. Since that time I have sent emails on February 7, March 8, March 31, April 27 and June 12 asking if I would receive any reimbursement of the initial $1800. I said to deduct an amount that they deemed necessary for their time and expense in coming here. I have heard nothing from the company after these emails and would like some reimbursement. My money has been in their possession since January,

      Hi I ordered a fence from Fence Masters on 3/24/2022. I have yet to get my fence installed. I paid $4687.50 down and am to pay the remaining half once installed. With supply issues I was told they were delayed getting the style of fence I ordered. Then once they were notified that the fence was ready for delivery they had shipping issues. We then repeatedly have called and stopped by the office to get updates. At one point my husband finally got someone to speak to (about 3 weeks before Easter 2023). He was told that the fence would be installed in two weeks. A month later we again called left messages and stopped by many times. Finally he spoke to one of the installers and they said that they were waiting to get our gate. However no effort to contact us or update us was made. We have since been calling and stopping by the office relentlessly trying to get information or a refund so that we can go get a fence elsewhere!!!!!! I am needing to know what next steps to take and how to get my much needed fence as I have two dogs and babysit my grandkids often. Please help us get this issue resolved ASAP. I have include the contract as well as the building permit we received from the city showing we followed through with our portion of the deal. Thank you Pixie L ******

      Last July we gave Fence Master $6400 to order vinyl Fencing and was told we would be the first job of the spring 2023. I have tried to call them there times left messages with no return call to set up our job. Went by their office they are never open and have left two messages though ******** messages with still no reply.I hate to start over but at this point I want my money back so we can hire a company that will do the work and answer their messages.
