I would not recommend them at all! I was quoted that visit would be $78, and I was charged $130. Their reason was that it was an emergency visit. If that is the case, and they knew I was bringing in my animal for a possible broken foot, why did they not quote me that price then? The vet, ********* was very unethical in her care for my animal. She insisted he was in critical condition because he was panting and his respirations were elevated. I told her this was because he was scared and nervous. Not only that but he was in pain and dehydrated. She did say she didnt think my animals leg was broke but did notice several wounds that seem to be pretty deep. She proposed a bill of ******** to include visit at *****, x ray with reading for ******, labs for ******, a medical waste fee of 5.83 and another fee for 50 that said does not include medication going home. When I declined doing the x ray and labs stating that I could not pay that much money for something that would not tell me anything more then I already know about my animal or actually help him. They asked that I sign saying I didnt want to do those things and then charged me more money for the visit then quoted on phone and written on that paper. She never even shaved the area to properly examine his wounds, nor did she clean or offer antibiotics etc. So basically did absolutely nothing for him. Working in the medical field for over 30 years and being educated about animals some, I managed to get him rehydrated at home and back to eating. I noticed his leg was very swollen and possibly getting infected so I called to see if ********* could prescribe him some antibiotics since she had examined him and knew he had deep wounds. She refused and said it was because I declined the x ray and labs. I ended up going to another vet, who specializes in my animal and charged $160 to examine properly by shaving and cleaning area where wounds were and providing antibiotic injection. I was not forced to do all of recom.

Went here for two years before I figured out they were overcharging me for everything. Then back over the summer they did a surgery on my cats mouth and left a wound open with puss dripping saying this was what they should be doing. Needless to say it got infected and they later claimed she developed a tumor without any other signs of cancer. My cat was old but the turmoil they put her through which also included more surgery than agreed upon that left her completely spent and her final days were spent in pain and extreme sickness.
