    My initial visit was March 9, 2024 due to my car was reading HDC NOT AVAILABLE & STABILITY CONTROL NOT AVAILABLE drive with care so I took it to the Land Rover dealership service, and they call their service department to repair my vehicle, I came in to pick up my vehicle and it seem to be working fine and **** said I need to drive it to see if fixed and 3 days later the STABILITY CONTROL NOT AVAILABLE came back on I call my agent and **** advise me to bring it back, did bring back on March 27, 2024 and they ask me to bring their rental back on May 9th, 2024 and did so. I was supposed to drive my vehicle back, but it was undrivable to drive back home and told me I need to pay addt'l $800. ************* my car was drivable and it was not, I drove it in working and not is not drivable, I don't understand what happen that my vehicle needs $24000.00 in repairs when they could have diagnosis on the first time instead of taking my $2424.71 and they said it was repaired and it was not. They harass me to bring the rental car back and I return the rental and waited 20 minutes for them to bring my car and it will not start for my spouse to drive by home the rep **** had to call a Lyft for my spouse to get home because he was the one that drop the rental off and to pick up my car and the car will not start, I just want my money back for not repairing my vehicle.

    Let's start with the check engine light came on. 2 different codes, brung car in, they diagoised and said I need a turbo and a module. Upon making the agreement I stated on the paperwork that I wanted *** old damaged parts from my vehicle. I said ok to the parts, labor and 2-3 weeks later I get the, "Your car is ready for pick up" call. Happily to receive my vehicle, I get there, I pay and finalize paperwork. To start my car and to see the check engine light is still illuminated and the old damaged parts weren't there. Very disappointing, service agent said all technicians were gone for the night. I asked to get a code reader and sure enough both the same codes are showing up that I just paid $7000 for. It gets better, I leave and get that call again another 2 weeks later. "Sir, your car is ready for pick up." I show up, check upder the hood for anomalies to see my engine cover cranked and glued back together. Not so happy at this point. I question them and their response was, "We found it like that." Sure enough the codes were cleared after starting the car, great. I went on my merry way for about 300 miles when the check engine light came back on. Yes the SAME code. I called, they said bring it back, they said it's a solenoid causing the issue (mind you cost and labor for this was around $450) Could that componet been the issue all along? Did they even change my turbo? I never felt the car had a boost issue. I got that call again after 2 weeks saying, "Your car is ready for pick up," I arrived, thankful and excited. I payed and went to start the car and NOTHING. No start, dead really. No techs either. I leave and a few days later I get services saying it needs 2 new batteries a starter and new relays now. ??? $3500. I said ok and while service guy hanging up the phone he yells, "I GOT HIM!!" To get called again a week later saying that didn't fix it. Now it needs a module, $3000 due to liquid damage. ?? This was in Feb. snow and ice melt.
