I saw ************ on 02/27/2023 in the ********* office. I was later billed the $50 copay due. A check was mailed and cashed in July 2023. Since then, I have received billing emails and statements every month. I have called and left messages every month, with no one every returning my call. I mailed the attached copy of the cashed check to them as well, again asking for a phone call confirmation. In November, I finally called the main office and spoke with an employee who assured me she would get this issue taken care of and someone from billing would call me ASAP. This did not happen, and I just received another invoice of the same bill for December. I feel I have exhausted all attempts to communicate and receive a resolution from this company. There is no reason I have not received a call back for over 4 months now.
