I had an awful experience at the massage establishment listed above. I did not receive the service. As i walked i was greeted rudely . Soon enough a male subject approached me and stated he would be giving the massage. I continued to ask him a question and the response of him was very disrespectful. Not only did i refuse to Get a massage from him (*****) i ended walking away from him. The man began to follow me to the front desk while yelling and insulting me. Stating you do not know who i am. He also yelled f*** you and many other words. I felt very uncomfortable and threatened. This business should not have a man like that working there.Business response

The woman walked in late and was unhappy because he was a male Massage Therapist (with over 20 years of experience). She proceeded to go to the room anyway. She asked him if she should undress, which is usually done, and she told him that she had had many massages in the past. It was strained in the beginning.
The situation escalated into a heated exchange, with the customer resorting to the use of profanity. Three of our staff members were present and witnessed the escalating tension. This incident highlights the urgent need for enhanced conflict resolution in such scenarios. The therapist, in an attempt to protect himself, chose to disengage. The manager made an effort to reach out to the customer, but received no response.We welcome all people with a smile and pride ourselves in customer service.

07/15/23 The total amount is $ ****** ****** for dysport/ botox ***** for facial I would Like this complaint made public.On 07/15/33 I had dysport done and they had me purchase more units, they said I needed more.Then I was charged for ***** for a service I never had. I thought I was getting a facial cream. And I would be leaving with it. When I got to the front, to my dismay they said it was a facial and I had to come back for it. I believe this is called a bait and switch I would like my money back for the procedure that I never had done. And the Dysport they had given me didn't work. They said my muscles were too strong. LOL I used to work with botox/ dysport And the way they save money is reconstitute the dysport with more solution. So they can make more money per vial .My ex boss used to do it all the time.I told them I was dissatisfied and they did nothing. If they had use the correct doseage I shouldn't have been able to move my muscle at all. Since botox/ dysport when reconstituted properly SHOULD NOT MOVE AT ALL.I have contacted them via email at least 4 times to no avail. I have called twice and have not gotten a call back.I just want my money back. I don't want to do business with disreputable center like thisBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
First, thank you for reaching out to me. To my knowledge, the client called yesterday, 12/27/2023, to request money back first; this is five months after her treatment, not to mention the client signed a financial agreement, which says that clients are paying for service, not for results; also, it is noted that when service is done, there is no refund as we have already used the product. As for someone who has done these treatments for so many years, she should know that after any neurotoxin injection, she cannot lay down or bend down for four hr., and we are not recommending any facial procedures for at least two weeks from the day of injection. I don't understand her complaint that we didn't do her facial on the same day.
But I want to remind the client that she received a complimentary 20 units of Dysport on us by the time she got the injection. She would like to do all three areas, but we did explain that there needs to be more product for three areas; she finally decided to buy an extra 20 units of Dysport, which is not a lot for a client. She has strong muscles and deep lines, but the client insisted on having three areas we don't recommend.
Last, I would like to remind the client that accusing us (the business) of diluting the product to get more business, not being able to prove it, and trying to destroy our good name is illegal, and we may take legal action against her.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Everything she said is a lie. I can verify all the email that I sent yo them with no responded back. I have been trying to get my money back for 4 months. It's only after not getting getting any responses back that I decided to use the BBB. Secondly , I never HAD A FACIAL DONE THERE EVER!!THEY had me pay ahead of time . I thought I was paying for a anti aging cream. I would Never pay ahead for a service that was not being done that day. Thus place was so horrible that they were making ***** treatments eithout my consent. I just want my ***** back . As far as the botox. They can take legal action. Because I am in the right. Thus business took advantage of me. Fortunately for me , I used to work with a dentist who did Botox and Juvederm. I would like to remind this conniving woman that Botox relaxes all muscles. It doesn't do half way unless it's not reconstituted properly. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH BOTOX WORKING UNTIL GOING TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I will continue to Yelp this business and even go to the ************************ or the News if I have to. I'm glad I have a copy of her response. It's full of lies .Sincerely,

I scheduled and confirmed my 09:30am appointment on 10/11/22 for a injectable combo treatment with this facility. I drove over an hour and arrived on time once I entered I was greeted by the front desk then called to the back by *****. We went over my ************* added on services. She left the room came back & told me the facility still had no products in stock as she could not provide my services they were still waiting on their shipment from 9am-5pm they obviously new this evening from the night before when my appt was confirmed yet they didnt have the courtesy to communicate to me nor was my time and money valued. They failed to honor and provide services & still charged me full amount ****** for a procedure that was not fulfilled due to their own misleading information and mistakes! I have tried reaching out to them for the past 3 days via email, texts, contact info on their direct website, all social media platforms and by phone.No one responds back to me! Ive left reviews on Yelp, Groupon and social media to warn others this facility is not about patient value more less about the money they can easily take from others and will never reply back to you to resolve the matter. As I seen other reviews this is a common on going practice for this facility taking womans hard earned money and time!Initial Complaint

This company is false advertising on Groupon. Their Groupon states that you can use it up to 3 times. I called their office to make sure I was good to use the Groupon for services. She said I was not in the system and I was good. Drove a half hour to my appointment and they said that I have been there before and I can't use the $400 Groupon I just purchased. I told her I called and I was told I was good and even if I had been there before (4 years ago), your Groupon says, it can use up to 3 times per person. The office manager just stated that, yeah that needs to be changed as you are only allowed to use 1 Groupon for any services at this location. This has been up on Groupon like this for over a month stating this (that I have noticed). I left their office without receiving any services as they were going to do it and charge me for it after the fact. Thankfully ,I ask again while I was in the chair to make sure my Groupon was good because I didn't get an answer at the front desk. I would like to report them for false advertising and deceptive practices. They just sent me a text to ask how my procedure went and telling me to schedule another appointment and bring my 'deal' with me. What a joke! This company should not be allowed to have a license to do the services they do!
