      I have no other options for thorough communication without being transferred from agent to agent for almost eight months and still no washer. I was bounced around to five agents today and no resolution. Ordering the washer, and paying outright for the stand and washing machine cords. I called to find out why delivery did not take place in mid-July and was told it was on backorder from the manufacturer. No one has called or emailed to communicate this at all. I waited two weeks as they asked because they assured me it would be available as I was next in line, canceling would cause a further delay. I waited, and called customer service today and was told that I would cancel this order, I would have to start the entire order and process over again. I have been going through this since January 2024, this is the most horrible customer service experience ever! I would like a refund in its entirety of this home warranty and a check for the washer accessories I purchased outright. I canceled the order because it's still uncertain as to when the washer and stand will be available for delivery. SEARS IS NEGATIVE ***** IN MY BOOK FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TIME, POLICY, AND HANDLING OF CONSUMERS, A PURE RIP-OFF! THE WARRANTY IS A JOKE! AND TO OFFER ME A FUNKY $29 DISCOUNT. SEARS CAN KICK ROCKS WITH AN OPEN-TOE SHOE. IF SEARS CALLS YOU FOR ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY TELL THEM THE SAME THING.

      Terrible experience thus far. Appt scheduled through a home warranty for fridge repair. Had to reschedule through a text link, reschedule was successful but continued to get text for old appointment. Tech showed up to the old appt when I wasnt home and had a family member babysitting. Tech told my family service wasnt ordered through a home warranty and he must get payment upfront or the part wont get ordered. Family member paid him over $300 for a part that costs less than $100. The fridge quit working when he left and dethawed completely on the floor. I dont believe in coincidences. I had to get a new fridge as sears was incognito and no way to get in contact with a person. Couldnt get ahold of anyone as there is only a scheduling number that is automated. Went back to home warranty to deal with it, they had to schedule another visit and I had to request refund from the same tech who exploited my family. He sent me a receipt on 6/4/2024 and stated I would get a refund by the same method it was paid (check). Still have not got the refund. It is now over a month.       Don't do business with this company have several appointments to fix my dryer they don't show up have already pay them have the part but they don't show up to finish the job
