Charge nurse instructed us to contact HR of St Alexius Medical Center. I was in a car accident the night of prior to going to hospital to check if I was okay. And, a ********** blockaded the door yelled at my mother and me saying that I was not in handcuffs I can take off my own earrings, not in the h*** hes doing that, for us to leave and move out of there without even being seen and also signing discharge papers; OK from a doctor ********** and escorted out like we did something wrong. There was also a different nurse while we were waiting to leave the ** room that said out loud so everyone can hear: No habla english. In addition, the Front desk lady was racist and told a family to leave and go back to their country and stated that she was born in the US. How would she know if they were migrants? Me and my family are ******** and have a Spanish last name, but not all are educated with history. It was just a bad experience I felt like that hospital was straight from out of H*** or a scary movie. Never want anyone to experience something that me and my mother had scared, hurt, and thrown out all because we asked for help. We moved here a long time ago from *************** because we thought it would be a safer place with nice people. But, this was not the case with these so called health professionals. There were nice nurses and some other works, but I could tell a lot of them were arrogant and had no filter even in front of patients. They should be embarrassed. I am so disappointed and thank god I was not the old man with his wife in the ** waiting with a ****** face and a nose and all they gave him was a nose pincher. ***** even give him a baby wipe to help clean off his blood he had on his face. Who trained these people to be health workers? I will never nor ever recommend St Alexius ** to anyone.
