4/12/24 6:55-7:45. I made an online appointment in the early afternoon to go and have a pedicure after work. made the appointment for 7pm. I made the appointment because *** come late and theyve made me wait a long time to be seen saying I missed my appointment. Fair enough. I waited in the waiting area after checking in and the person who I found out later was the manager waved at me to come over to the station for my pedicure. Isat there with my feet in cold water for 15 minutes and no one came over. I asked if there was an issue because I had an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait She said they were short staffed, one moment. I put on my shoes and told the young lady I was leaving because I made an appointment and shouldnt have to wait I told her my feet are cold and my appointment confirmation told me I was to see *****. She asked me to be patient. I had my shoes on and already decided to take my business elsewhere. I left out and called asking for a manager. I got the same person on the phone I had just seen in the salon. I told her it wasnt right to penalize me if Im late but ask for my patience when they arent on time. She said oh I cant help you, and hung up. I called back, thinking we were disconnected and she didnt answer the phone but hung it up immediately. I was in the parking lot so I went inside and asked for the owners contact information. She said nothing then walked away. I then asked, aloud, if anyone could provide me the owners information so I could contact them about service. No one said anything and I was seemingly the problem because I was asking for information she refused to give me. One of the other employees whispered to me that she was the manager, not the owner but the owner cant talk to me. Next, the police walk in and eventually, after speaking to us, told me I needed to leave because the manager wanted me to go or I could be arrested. I told them I only wanted the owners number I waited outside and the policeman went in to retrieve the information I wanted but the officer even said she was acting like she didnt understand. I want to communicate with the owner about the employee and complain directly to them about this matter. She claimed she was a 50% owner and I believe she is not telling the truth. Either way, this business needs a complaint filed against them because customers should be able to request the owners contact information without having the police called on them. I couldnt believe how willing she was to escalate the matter to the authorities instead of just giving me the owners information. Ive been going there since the first week they opened. They know me there. It should never have come to this. It all stems from businesses doing what they want to consumers because now they believe they have the advantage. The officer said the same.
