I went in 28 June for service. It was a removal and also a full set gel and a pedicure. I have pictures of how I was left. I asked the business to refund me and remove the work they had done because it was so painful and I no longer wanted to continue any more services with them other than the removal. I cried because of how painful it was I have no nails left flimsy. They didnt fully soak off my nails and refused a refund. I better explain it once Im contacted. I just want a refund with the damage that she has caused. And I am pretty sure that all of the ladies in there are actually licensed.

This client came in for Pedicure with no-chip polish and Gel-X for her hand on the 28th with technician named ***. After the services, she left happily with $20 the tip in total of $165 as the receipt. Within that day, she called in and said her nails were quite thick, we were happy to schedule her the next day @11am. Before her schedule on the 29th, she called in and asked not to have *** attending her because she realized she made appointment with wrong technician. The manager stepped up, took ******** in and tried to figure out what was wrong. ******** complained her fingers are sore (which reasonably happens when you havent had nails on for a long time), and her big toes polish is bumpy. The manager wrapped her nails to remove the gel on the nails, and asked ******** to go to the pedicure chair to fix her toe. All we could do is to try to fix the problem (if any) of a service that was provided (either re-polish, re-shape, or redo the whole thing). In this case, the manager was in the middle of redoing Kimberlys nails. ******** started talking on the phone with her friend, crying and keep going on with how upset she felt. The manager comforted her, telling her to calm down because everybody (other clients and employees) started feeling uncomfortable with ********* emotion. Then, ******** started raising voice, saying that her emotion should be cared, and removing all the wrappings on her nails, left the pedicure chair and asked for refund. Since the store has no refund policy as we printed right on our menu and brochure, we couldnt fulfill her request. However, ******** started yelling and harassing the staff, the manager had to refuse to keep going with her service and ask her to leave the store but ******** refused to leave. At this moment, we called the police for help. When they arrived, ******** talked to the officer outside first, then the officer came inside to exchange information with the store manager and asked what happened. After receiving both sides stories, the officer said he advised ******** same things earlier but he will go and try to explain to ******** again, and they all left the parking lot after that. The next hours, the business pages started receiving bad review from her boyfriend who wasnt there at the time, non-stop threats from ******** as attached photos. The business has reported ****** for false review and restricted ******** but she has caused not only credibility damage, defamation but also emotional distress to the business and the staffs. The attached photos are strong evidences to prove that we are here just to do straight business, wed do anything to make our clients happy with the services but we dont tolerate any type of harassment or threat.

I am rejecting this response because:

I reject the business response because the service was not as described it left my nails damaged as files attached below shows. The lady claims that I left the store happy I did not leave the store happy I left so upset. I was crying. I came back and told her how much i hated them she told me to come back the next day and that she would fix them. I woke up to my nails literally having heartbeats. They were thick chunky and not what I asked for. I was supposed to get a design that day too, but then seeing the outcome of how disgusting my nails looked I let her know I know I wanted to fulfill my service and I just wanted a refund. She kept trying to convince me to have her fix it. I told her I didnt feel comfortable so they assigned me to somebody else. The new person who now was trying to fix the major s**** up from *** was upset she had to do it and started to file my nails rough and i have anxiety and started to cryy bc i kept telling her i no longer feel comfortable and that i just wanted to go somewhere else so they could do the job correctly. She proceeded to scream at me and told me to calm down because i was crying. The fact that youre saying that me crying made you uncomfortable, even though I was crying silently my sister was on the phone, letting you know that I no longer felt safe or comfortable and you doing my nails, and you proceeded to file my whole entire nail off, I would like the better to look through camera footage. I called the police fighting for my refund. I showed them my nails and I let them know the whole situation. Why would I call the police? Your business needs a deep inspection and to make sure that everybodys licensed there. I want a refund and to never  enter that unprofessional nail salon. I  have other proof of other leaving the same complaints i had. I did not tip ivy 20 or leave happy. As a business, you never apologized or sympathize with me in my experience instead, you treated me like garbage yelled at me and told me to shut up and called me the * word. This will never be resolved until I get my refund was not fulfilled or done properly. I called the police and they let know it was civil so i contacted my bank and you guys as well. And if you consider it a threat me letting everybody know that your business is absolutely awful then call it what it is my partner was outside, and he saw the whole meltdown and how bad I was crying.  This has caused me physical damage. I booked for no chip not Gel x as shown below.
