The Client name of boosky business is *****************************, her business address is ***'s African braiding Shop, in ***********, **. I have also spoken to the owner as well. I reached out to boosky countless times by emails, and via phone. The reason why I contacted ****** is to report *****************************, she does not have a license as a loctician, she was under the influence doing my hair. she did not provide the services that I requested prior to doing hair, and the products that ******** used on my hair gave me a severe allergic reaction, damage my hair and scalp. Boosky provided info on their website to contact booksy within thirty days to get a full refund. I contacted ****** as soon as I felt the extremely burning and severe itching within 48 to 72 hours after, and continuously after, I even beg and pleaded with boosky representatives to atlease give me a choice to write a review about my experience with *****************************. After I called numerous times, ****** intentionally set the app where I couldn't post a review. As of today my scalp is affected by the products that ******** used on my hair/scalp. I have proofs showing that I had called boosky about ten times, I have proof showing that I had email boosky and booksy never responded. I also have proof in text from me texting ***************************** about my painful severe allergic, I'm requesting my full refund for the services that I paid for and I never received it. In ********, It's against the law to have your clients doing hair without proper license. I did my research ***************************** does not have a license as a loctician. I'm requesting a full refund, ****** website clearly states if you have any issues or concerns about their services to reach out, I have and I haven't received not one follow up phone call nor have I received a follow up email. ****** ignore my phone calls, emails, and DM on Instagram. No good will come out of this, thanks.

Happy Tuesday I have never experienced such burning, severe itching, and pain. I have urgent concerns about my scalp and my head, my scalp has been burning/extremely itching since I got it done on Tuesday evening 04/23/2024, the itching is beyond bad, it's so bad that I haven't been able to sleep since ******** did my locs. ******** didn't perform the services I requested and paid for. I paid for loc retwist maintenance and one loc repair. My hair wasn't washed thoroughly and my hair wasn't dried as required. My hair was wet for three days after I received the bad service. I have experienced the worst customer experiences as well, I've tried to explain in details numerous of times in text to the stylist ********, and to the owner ****** over the phone, how bad my scalp is burning/hurting/itches. ****** became irate and she cursed at me. ******** became angry, she began yelling and calling disrespectful names, and attacking my character. I have locs, natural hair, I been loc up for seven years, I can tell that ***************************** (Lady V) does not has a professional license to do locs, it's so obvious, if that's the case, she shouldn't be allowed to do locs. How will I go about filing a complaint against the owner and the stylist? getting my full refund? I will really appreciate if someone follow up with me via phone ************ and or email regarding my my urgent concerns, please, please, thank Btw, I no longer have a vehicle, that's why I haven't been to dermatologist/doctor yet.
