I want to the facility to become a customer and tried using the kiosk machine. It wasn't working and no one was there during business hours to speak to.Finally, I got a text message from the manager ********. I've asked several times to speak to on the phone and to no end only got texts here and there. I got an email notification saying that my garage has a new lock and code on it. Code was given but didn't work when I needed access. I contacted ******** again and didn't get a response until after a few messages which was over the weekend when I needed access that morning. I was ******. To find out that my old lock and code was valid. Why did I get that email?? Grrr..Lack of responses, communications failed etc. just poor customer service. I then get a text from ******** asking for a 5 star review to which I said sure when customer service gets better...I went ahead and sent ******** a message via text for the second time saying I'm moving out this Thursday. Gave her my full name and she has my number. She set the president by texting me from the getco instead of calls and emails. Now she wants me to repeat what I did via text to email. So, I did and explained some of what I've done here.Then, she calls me complaining about my email to her and to her defense it was her weekend of blah blah blah in the beginning. However, that's not my problem when I'm trying to access my unit during business hrs.She then was winning about me doing this as she has done the best she can to communicate with me and doesn't see how I'm so upset. Then she hangs up on me instead of hearing me out... I think it's time for you to look for a new job as this isn't the best fit for you. Treating customers this was is crazy!!Hopefully we don't have retaliation from this review when going to get our stuff out of the unit.Ive been slammed with harassing texts from the manager. Told her to stop contacting me but wont stop.
