Living at this address has been very scary and I feel unsafe. I constantly have to call the police on my neighbors, more recently there was a shooting inside of the building. A few months prior, an unknown man kicked in my neighbors door then began knocking on my door, violently. There are homeless men that live under the carport but management fails to do anything about it. The crowd of residents that have recently moved in, appear to be criminals and drug addicts. There is constant pee in the elevator and in the stairwell. I am a law enforcement officer and feel very unsafe in this building. The residents in this building need someone to advocate for their safety. Management refuses to release me from lease without payment. That is not fair that I have to pay them to get out of a lease because their building is unsafe.Initial Complaint

They are refusing to let me out of the lease after they have violated and broken the lease. There have been numerous noise complaints and multiple physical fights that have broken out in one tenants apartment. The property manager is well aware of the problem tenant yet nothing has been done for the last 6 months. There is blood in the walkway and stair way as a result of one of these fights. I no longer feel safe here and requested to move early due to this but they denied it. They are extremely difficult to get into contact with and provide no means of email. To top this off the elevator is almost a year over due for inspection. This elevator is extremely slow and has stopped early between floors. The property is not well maintained and has become extremely dirty since they took over and due to all this I will be leaving
