I bough an InfinitiKloud for my IPad. I tried to get it to work but it was to complicated for me or didnt work. I tried it on my Android phone and Chromebook, nothing worked. After several emails I was told to return it for a refund. I sent it to the address they gave me. InfinitiKloud Returns ******************************************************************* It went out **** on Feb. 28, 2022. Tracking # ********************** As of March 1, 2022 it was out for delivery. Today is March 12, 2022 and it has not been delivered. Theres something wrong if it takes almost 2 weeks to deliver. I have all the emails sent and the responses for you, plus the one with instructions how to return it.Initial Complaint

To Whom it may concern,I ordered an "InfitiKloud" (Sold by Think Tech Sales Limited) thumb drive/ SD card to save photos from my old computer. This device is supposed to be plugged into your computers usb port, find, and then backup your photos. Before I had even completed my order I was alerted via my phone by AMEX that my card had been charged. This was on 12/29/21. I was charged for 2 units and immediately emailed the company letting them know that I only needed and ordered one device. After that I repeatedly the same computer generated message. This computer generated message would come shortly after I emailed them,"InfiniKloud" with a reply saying they where working "hard" on resolving my issues (my issue was never depicted in any of their reply emails) but due to Covid 19 it would take longer than expected. This went on for weeks with no resolution.The day I was provided a tracking number was the day the product was delivered to my PO. Box. I did receive 2 units, but again I only ever ordered/wanted one. The **** tracking # for this order ********************** I tried to backup my photos with one of the units I received only to find out that my computer was too dated/too old to work with this device. I emailed "InfinitiKloud" again only to receive the same computer generated email from December. I've tried repeatedly to get resolution from getting the 2 units that were sent to me, when I only wanted 1. Now that I can't use either, I feel hopeless that I will never be able to return the one unit that I am unable to use and the second unit that I never wanted in the. first place.Thank you in advance for your help in this matter,*************************Initial Complaint

I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. She used it Christmas night and it gave her a bad shock. When I contacted the company, I was told to return it at my expense to: Complete Performance Commerce ******* ********************************************* *** said it will be more than $100 to send it to *********. The return address on the original shipping bag is: Think Tech Sales Limited ********************************************************************* The tracking number on the original bag is **** **** **** **** **** 47 I have requested a full refund, but was told I have to return it to ********* at my expense.Can you help me?
