This is not a company but a wife and husband owned racket. I asked for an estimate on deck repairs needed and got a list of estimates for other random services they do. When I called to ask to meet with **** about what I needed done, I was told he would be out "in the next few weeks". I didn't think anything of it until I came home one day and they replaced 3 random boards on my deck and then left the old boards, the scraps, cigarette butts, and their empty Monster cans on my property. When I called about it, she told me that I was talking crazy and it was one can and not that big of a mess. They put an invoice in my mailbox for $950 to replace 3 boards (and take a chunk out of a post) that I never approved. No meeting, no contract, nothing. When I called again she told me that I was acting like it was heart surgery and that we were just talking about wood. I was told the whole deck needed to be replaced and that the chunk out of the post was from ants. Apparently the ants only liked 1 of the 3 posts they replaced wood. When I told them I wasn't paying they said they would be back to take their 3 pieces of wood back. Basically now, the police are involved.
