I contacted Apex Joliet Appliance Repair to have work done on my refrigerator. ***************************** came out to our home on July 19, 2022. He discussed what needed to be done with our repair and asked for a check to order parts and pay for the visit. I wrote him a check for $348.53 on July 19 with an understanding that he would return on Friday, July 22 at 2:00 pm. He did not show up. I tried calling him to leave a voice mail but his mailbox was full. Then I tried texting him. He replied he would be out between 7-9 pm. He never showed. I tried calling again and texting. No response. Today, his numbers are disconnected with no way to contact him. I noticed today that two other people have had the same issue with him recently.Initial Complaint

We had issue with our fridge, and I did find this Apex Joliet Appliance repair.The representative ***************************** came out to our house around 07/13, inspected the fridge and announced we needed a new control panel.no agreement was written (unfortunately) and he claimed $600 payment for parts to be ordered and installed on later date.The check was cashed immediately and when we tried following up, **************** kept postponing the repair visit and was givving different days/dates for me and my wife when he will return. Now 07/25 after multiple attempts to reach him, when dialing phone number it goes to auto response, and the other phone number goes to a voice mail.
