I called on 5/23/24 at 11:30am CST. I spoke with a lady names *****. I called and told her I need my Numark Credit Union member number so I can register my car loan and make additional payments to them. ***** then proceeded to ask me all verification questions. I was asked my name, full social security number, my date of birth, my address and i was even send a text to my phone to verify my number and identity. I gave ***** all the information and was also asked to verify my mother's maiden name which I gave that information as well. ***** then states I am not ****** because my voice does not match my profile which ***** then proceeded to ask to speak with ****** and I told ***** this is ******. ***** placed me on hold for over five minutes and came back to the line and asked for my driver's license number. I told ***** i will not provide that information because I provided everything else that was requested of me. I told Gabby I am being treated unfair and I will be reporting this company to the BBB. After i mention this to *****, the representative on the line hung up on me. I am completely disgusted with this company and how this matter was handled! All i wanted was my member number so i can send them money for the car loan i have with them. I was also asked to verify the date i took out the loan and I did. ***** continued assuming i was not the owner of this account.Business response

I finished paying off my truck and been trying to get the title for my vehicle. They they keep saying they mailed it. It's been over 3 weeks already and I live in the same state as Numark. I will never deal with Numark again.Business response

I am a consumer by law and my information was misused and now I have some false not 100% ***************** on my credit report. Unauthorized used of my credit report.I demand deletion of the items and information plus I demand monetary compensation!!!Business response

Numark has not resolved my account since November of 2021. I have a car loan with a 60 month term of $199.00 with *****% interest. I purchase it from a dealership in their program. I am 24yrs old and I'm a hard worker. I make less than $27,000 a year as a manager at Cinemark and I have good credit now. I have paid 52 of the 60 payments and Numark is still saying I owe $5,500. The purchase price of the car was $7368. The car is a lemon. I have not been able to drive it since November of 2021. It needs over ***** in repairs and I have the invoice to prove it. The car is only worth $2,000. I have been calling and emailing since November 2021. I have sent all proof of insurance as they requested. I have paid in total $10,348 on this loan with my 52 payments of $199. I am asking for help to get this resolved.Business response
