Usually I can rely on your ratings but not this time. I hired this company to remodel our bathroom . 6 x 8 bathroom in our older home our only bathroom , after 3weeks and ******* dollars over estimate I fired ***** the contractor I paid the owner of the company that day. My home was torn up for 3 weeks . tools everywhere . including living room, dining room, basement, back porch. After the first couple of days the only people coming in to work were ***** and a friend of his who had a full time job and only would come when he wasn't working there. some days they would stay late , come for an hour and leave so its not like they were working here everyday. A few days after I fired this company we saw all of the problems like a uneven floor, toilet installed on a slant and crooked, a drip from the tub leaking into the basement, the new copper pipes installed wrong and the sink drain installed improperly. We discovered a crack in our bedroom wall that occurred when they removed the original tub. There are many smaller things we have had to correct. . I called ***** and he came over to look at the wall and plumbing, he said he could fix them and use a plumber he knew but we wanted to use a plumber we have used before and ***** agreed that he would pay us for that expense plus having our crack repaired. May 10 ***** said he would bring me a check . Never showed. May 17 ***** said he forgot about check and said he would bring it over . Never showed. Have tried to call him a number of times but his mail box is full and wont accept calls. After calling Ms. ********************** the owner of company she called me June 12 and told me she would send me a check after she did her budget 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard from her and that is why I'm writing this review. This company should not have bid on this job they were not capable of doing. I don't think I would have written this if they would have just paid us what we spent in repairs.

The reason being, is that I knew that I would be out during this past holiday, and I also needed the time to budget the cost, as you mentioned, since I was unaware of the total until we spoke that day.Please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.Thank you, *******

I was in a real bind for time, and ***** of Pappas contracting really saved me. With only 12 hours notice, he showed up to my home bright and early to replace my front door. The finished product is stellar. Couldn't thank you guys enough!

This past summer, I hired Pappas Contracting to tear down my deck and screen *********** a new concrete patio; replace fence posts and warped boards on my fence. It was a huge project, but they got the job done and it looks very professional. I am extremely pleased with the work and will enjoy my new patio for years. Since then, I had to hire Pappas Contracting to put in a new floor in my bathroom. They explained to me what the previous contractor had done incorrectly, and the floor looks so good that I had them expand the same flooring into the remaining rooms on the first floor. My daughter exclaimed that it looks like a new house! Now I will enjoy my home, not only on the outside, but inside as well. Once the project was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. They were fantastic! Listened to what we wanted and needed; and definitely made it happen! The men that came and did each part knew what they were doing and made sure to clean up after themselves. Definitely will be having them help on future projects in the house.

***** and ***** are truly amazing. They both went over and beyond to get the job done. From helping me to get right door to bringing it to my house. Im truly grateful for their help. The front door of my house was destroyed by a previous handyman and ***** replaced and reversed the damage done. The job was professionally done in a timely manner. I called on Wednesday and they job was done the next day (Thursday). I Look forward to doing more projects with Pappas. Awesome job guys

Fantastic business ! We had such a small job that needed to be done and wasnt happy with having to wait 3 months out for it to get done from all the contractors we called I placed a call after looking on the BBB website saw pappas contracting and the area he was from and called immediately.***** ( the owner of the business) came out the next day and evening to do some patch work and sent his drywall employee over the next day and ***** the job is complete within 2 short business days. We have now hired him on for two more jobs !! And he is priced fairly and within reason compared to most contractors out there. We most appreciate his integrity and the work we received
