I hired SD productions for wedding fotos and video. A deposit and contract was made on June 15, 2023. The contract includes -Foto and video service -8 hours of service *************** Park, Venue **** ************* edited in USB -1 ***** standard 10x10 with 100 printed fotos - 3 fotos 11x14 - 1 5 Min video clip if event - 1 video edited and with music up to maximum 2 hours SD Productions did not comply with the contract they did not do ******** shoot in the park due to there photographer locking his keys in his car after church and having to wait till he was brought a spare set. So he also arrived late to the venue. I spoke to ******* who said they could offer more pictures, a photo shoot or a refund of the park foto session. I do have this text where she offers this resolution. When he said we wanted the refund she the says they don't refund money. I asked to speak to the person in charge and she gave me the number to *********************** who she says is the manager of the company. After speaking to him and trying to come to an agreement he says again he will give more pictures a photo shoot and try to pull more pictures of important moments the photographer did not take as he himself did notice there was many moments missing. So we waiting a little over a week and all he was able to give me from the video was 3-4 additional pictures. My husband then spoke to him and mentioned at this point all we are asking is 30% refund of what we paid which is the price of a photo shoot and he refuses after his employee offered a refund as a resolution. At this point we are in almost February that is five months after our wedding and still have no fotos or video and out $1,600.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
It is not all true what the SD productions is stating. I am currently in ****** as i read this email. I had a family emergency and had to travel here and do not have all of the things needed to send at this moment to clarify what SD productions is stating and incorrect . I ask to please give me a few more days to get back home and be able to submit everything and type on a computer for faster, and easier access to what i can submit. Also to ensure everything is received as it should. As mentioned i am in ****** service here is not the best and am reading and typing from my phone on wifi access. Please allow me more time to resubmit more information to clarify what SD Productions is claiming and not correct. If i was not out of town for this funeral i would most definitely be able to provide everything at this time. But me being away from home and access to my computer it is not possible at this time. I do hope you Understand my situation and allow me to get back home and see what my options are next to try ans get resolution. Thank you and hope to hear back from you soon

I am rejecting this response because:I do not accept this offer from SD Productions due to the fact that ********** is not true. I have sent the image of from the text ******* sent me who is the person who took my contract. SHE states they can return the amount of the photo session that was not done. Now ****** states that they were there more than the 8 hours included in contract that is not true. Enclosed i will send the itinerary of the time ***** the photo and video guy was present.
on September 1, 2023
-***** arrived at my home at 12:00 noon-***** left my home at 1:50 pm to get to the church which was about 15 min from my home.
-3:13pm Mass ended he did take a few pictures and left the church to realize he was locked out of his car it was 3:51 pm
-4:26pm we called all our wedding party to cancel pictures in the park due to him locking himself out and telling us there would be no park photos.
- My wedding party and i arrived at the hall at 5 pm
-***** was not there and did not arrive to the hall until 7 pm once dinner was already being served.
-10:30 Pm ***** left the hall and the services ended.
Doing the math of hours the rendered total time of him being there taking fotos or video was 7 hours. And i do have text where i told ******* i wanted him to be present when the band played and we did our dance and he was not there when that occurred.Now if i had went over in hours of service why was this never brought to my attention before knowing they charge extra for that service.
I am hoping to soon get a resolution to this issue.Sincerely,
