On 01/28/2024 at 6:47pm I visited the Culvers ******, ** store for 30 minutes. My order was made incorrectly multiple times leaving my family and I dissatisfied. I contacted the store immediately for a resolution and was told a manager would contact me back. After realizing I hadnt heard from a manager I contacted the store directly and spoke to the general manager who was racist, in accommodating, unprofessional and completely rude. He argued with me for 8 minutes and still offered zero answers or resolution. I asked for the owners information and he stated that it is not necessary. His only response to my complaint was youre not getting a refund or free food without proof you were here . Since it was 2 weeks ago I do not have a receipt but have credit card statement to prove my claim. I would like for the Owner to contact me, refund me and provide my credit for this terrible experience. Ive never experienced such racism, unprofessional and ignorance!
