My husband and I purchased a used 2018 Jayco Eagle fifth wheel from you in August 2021. We worked with *************************** as our sales person and found the camper we wanted. After waiting for delivery, we came in and did a walk around with the service tech who immediately informed us that there looked like the camper had been dropped or run into due to damage on the front drivers side cabin wall. We immediately alerted **** to this and he informed us that they were aware of it at the dealership. When we went to bring the camper home on November 6th, 2021 we were unable to retract the landing gear. Upon further inspection by our mechanic at ******* County RV who has years of experience, we realized that there was more damage to the landing gear and the internal front side of the camper than we were told about or even alerted to. My husband immediately called **** to discuss this and was very quickly met with the pushback from your team stating that it was not their fault, nothing they did wrong, and that it was my husbands fault and they made the assumption that we had dropped or backed into the camper while trying to load it. My husband also spoke to ******, who contacted our mechanic for more information and pictures. ****** admitted to my husband that your team had run into the camper with a forklift on your property ahead of our purchase. This is exactly aligned with the damage being reported by our mechanic. But yet your team is simply saying that my husband backed up too fast or too strongly when hooking it up. It was my hope that your team would not only want to see the camper immediately but offer some type of support in getting it fixed. They showed no concern and instead accused us of the damages and they have showed no interest in getting it fixed or helping to make this right. Instead, we are now looking at thousands of dollars that we will have to pay to repair a unit that we were sold by your team.Business response

We had several conversations with the customer discussing details and options. The customer was able to bring their RV to our service center on Saturday 11/13. At this time, we will perform our inspection and work through a solution with the customer. Our intention is to resolve this issue to all parties satisfaction. Tell us why here...Customer response
