This company was hired to make a monument for the grave of my children's father and grandmother (they lost their father suddenly in June of last year and grandma 4 months before that). We designed the stone and my brother-in-law signed the contract for it. We paid $15,000 for the stone and waited, almost a year for delivery. They were told it MUST be installed no later than his birthday (May 26). After 3 attempts to deliver, and they were told a family member must be present with the Priest, when installed, due to a special religious ceremony, they delivered the monument, on purpose, without notifying the party they were asked to notify (myself) because I caught them lying to us about installation (and lying about talking to the cemetery and Priest about the delivery attempts). Due to this, we were unable to perform our religious custom (dedicating the stone) and they have deprived our family of this important Serbian Orthodox custom . I have proof that they did this with the malicious intention of hurting me (and through me, my children also) because I was complaining about the lying and the fake pictures, etc. that they were using to support why they failed to deliver on three different occasions. They had the stone ready to go in Mid April 2022 but didn't install it until May 17. Even though they delivered it before the contract requirement date, they purposefully misled me, and hid the actual installation date/time, in order to get back at me for complaining, and in this process they violated our rights to dedicate the stone properly according to Serbian Orthodox custom. We can never get that day, or the chance for that ceremony, back adding stress and anxiety to our family at a time when we just lost their father and grandmother (for whom the stone is dedicated) within 4 months of each other last year.
