The person I spoke with on the phone called me irrelevant and irresponsible. My car they've been working on has been there for about a month now. A responsible body shop would order all parts before preforming any work on the vehicle not holding the vehicle for over a month when I have to work 7 days a week. Don't take your car here! No accommodations given for holding my car. After getting the car back I had to send it back because the back windshield wasn't sealed all the way and water was flowing on the inside of my vehicle. Poor business ownership and poor attitudes from employees. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP!!!! What a joke!

to address the problems with ******************** vehicle. Vehicle was dropped of through the progressive insurance direct repair program as per the program the vehicle is dropped off and then they come out to write the estimate then we can order parts and with the supply chain issues in the world parts are very slow to come in. vehicle labor hours calculated to 21 working day of labor after we have parts. we completed the repairs on Friday 3/11/22 with the exception of a molding that we had just received that day which had to be painted and doing the window tint. since I know the need the car I delivered the vehicle without molding so the could drive till the following weds 16th to install the rocker molding and have windows tinted they never should up. after multiple call the dropped of 04-19-22 to have rocker installed and windows tinted. vehicle was here at 8am took to tint shop right away then a noon ****** called to tell us there was something leaking in back window area. at 2pm *************** called to ask if the vehicle was completed in which I informed him what was going on and that there were not completed with the tint and now that there was a leak added I had to set up the glass company to address problem. *************** informed me that he could tint the windows and that he need the vehicle I say the he was being Irresponsible but I told him that was not the correct word and said sorry but that I need time to now diagnose a leak. So I pick up vehicle from tint shop and took to glass company had check water leaking from a bad gasket from the third brake light and since we didn't touch the brake I would call the insurance to get approved. I call ****** talked to her about have to get approval with brake light, also since they said they would tint the windows gave them a check for $50.00 that insurance paid for the tint and left the vehicle outside so they could pick up that day
