Aug 3rd 2023 I was in need of a water heater replacement. My water heater tank was in very limited space so only a tank-less would fit. I asked people for a recommendation. I was told **************************** of HOOKS Service Corp might work. I texted him he responded immediately. with an estimate and could be install Aug 5th. He installed and immediately had some issues. He forgot to install condensate line so water pouring on floor. He sent someone out to fix. Also temp not hot enough. He told me 120 was **** I called another plumber told me call manufacturer. I did they told me how to increase. Flow/pressure was an issue. Hooks wouldn't respond. He also said "******** will email you the tax credit information with paid invoice. I never received either form. Contacted Richmond - sent out their tech for flow pressure issues. The condemned the installation "Supply line obstructing removal of service cover". Contacted *************************. responded with a picture of tool to remove supply line. I asked are you telling me to remove line every time it needs service? he said "Most guys that do plumbing have this in their bag. It's a common tool. Also, the cover comes off. So, it sounds like he didn't want to do the work." But I'm sorry you were not happy with our work. Unfortunately, we cannot please every customer we work for." That was last time he responded to me on Nov 19th, 2023. Despite several more attempts thru Dec 28th, 2023, He never responded again. Leaving me with no alternative but to contact BBB.
