Please do not provide the business with my information as I'm reaching out on behalf of my adult daughter. On or about January 9th, 2024, my daughter, *******************, signed up for driving ******s with the company. She received an email saying she had to submit her ID, permit, and a contract which she signed. She sent back the forms and waited a few days and received no response, so she started calling the number on the website. Again, there was no response after a few days, so she called again and left a message. She received a call back from *****, the owner, and he told her that she had not submitted the form or anything which she had done. She figured it got lost in the emails, so she resubmitted it around January 28, 2024. He processed it immediately and she received instructions for a log in. The instructions that were sent were not working for her and it just seemed difficult overall to sign up for a ******* so she decided to find another place. This was after paying $700 for a ****** package for the "Adult Driving for 9 hours". She called about twice to ask for a refund as there was no refund option on the website and she never received a call back. My assistant called two days ago to inquire again about a refund to which the owner was combative and said he would not refund anything despite no services being rendered stating that the contract states a 60-day refund policy and we were outside of that. He would not even offer a partial refund and said it wasn't his problem if we didn't like his policy and it was not his job to '**** down' his customers. He was very unprofessional. He said the policy is stated on the contract she signed but it is not listed anywhere on there and I'm attaching it to this complaint.

Called the company 4 times over the past few months. No response, left messages. ************** email isnt valid and the email was returned undeliverable. Not even sure if the company is in business anymore. I want a full refund because all trust is lost and the company cannot and/or will not return my messages. *** attached my latest attempts to contact to no avail. A pic of the last 30 second message I left on their voicemail. A picture of the last retuned email.

An email communication occurred with ***** Kearney at Responsible Driver driving school on Sunday 6/5/22 where he directed me to pay $250 and then the next day he would update my registration to reflect the course I was actually trying to register for as their website was not responding to my registration request. By the time ***** returned my emails and phone calls, it was 6/8/22 and I had already found another driving school that could process my full payment and was "in person" driving program. Although their program says in person, it is virtual and not as described on their website. I indicated I was no longer interested in their program. ***** has ignored my requests to speak with a manager to have my $250 refunded since we never actually signed up for a class. ***** has refused to cooperate with my bank, Citibank, by giving them a 1)date of cancelled registration and 2)date of refund. My bank has indicated to me that I may need to seek legal action because of the company's lack of cooperation. I am hoping that you could help with resolving this matter as soon as possible.

My son has completed most of the driving courses and has taken his final written exam. We are not able to schedule driving because it is not available online to schedule and it has been two weeks with no communication from the school. At this stage, given the unprofessional behavior by the school owner and his threatening to take my son's permit away because he doesn't like me, we prefer to no longer work with this school. I would like a full refund so my son can receive proper driving lessons and instruction elsewhere. Mr. *********************** the owner feels it's ok to punish his students when he doesn't like their parents.
